This workshop sees women of all ages coming together to talk of their experiences and perceptions of safety in their community.

A facilitated sharing, to open up conversation at a community level. Using the creative process we’ll play and design up symbols or imagery that represent what being heard, being seen, and being safe means. We’ll have the the badge maker ready so we can create and wear our designs.

Morning tea provided.

The workshop is offered as an accompaniment to ‘Tools for Tweens and Teens’ workshops. Then in 2026, we will be offering more creative workshops on the theme of a community safe for all. It takes a village!
