Play starts when we are born and its benefits are life long.

10.00-11.30am: Garden As Playground Play. Play for the sake of playing on and with Earth.
11.30am-12.30pm: Light Lunch & Laughter. Light lunch provided with participants.
12.30-2.30pm: Playing with Purpose. Well being, creativity and other interesting outcomes.

Bring a hat, water bottle and snack.

The 2025 Garden Sessions are themed on Our Beautiful Earth: Celebrating and Creating Beauty in the World. At each bimonthly Garden Session we will explore the power within life and nature’s ability to provide the impetus to appreciate and create beautiful ways of living and sharing.  The future 2025 Friday dates are: 15 August, 17 October and 5 December.
