DESCRIPTION:Community House is currently inviting community members to help shape its next strategic plan for 2027-2032 and we’d love to hear from you. \nJoin us for a conversation about the next 5 years at Pomona & District Community House. \nBy contributing your thoughts\, you will have an opportunity to shape the vision\, values and aspirations of this community space and organisation.  Our House remains committed to being a place where everyone belongs and where difference becomes the foundation for a stronger community. We are a community-led place and started when\, 30 years ago\, a group of local people advocated for a place to meet and connect. \nDuring the morning sharing session\, a survey will be available that will help inform our strategic plan and we’d appreciate your help answering these 3 questions: \nThe three questions in the survey are: \n\nWhat helps you feel like you truly belong? And what can get in the way?\nImagining your ideal thriving community\, if Pomona & District Community House was supporting this\, what would this look like over the next 5 years?\nWho in our community is disengaged or not being heard? What do you think would help them to participate?\n\nNo personal information will be collected.  Hope to see you there (if you cannot make it along but would like to contribute your thoughts\, please call in to our House and pick up a survey.

DESCRIPTION:Mums\, mums-to-be\, aunts\, grandmothers and anyone identifying as mother. Children & bubs. \nConnecting the mother to the village and the village to the mother. \nA place to share with each other\, have a cuppa and connect. It takes a village. The Mummas Village will be hosted by community member Esther. Esther is passionate about holding space for women in community\, ensuring no mother is left behind. She is welcoming and nurturing and has many years experience working as a doula and in family support. All welcome. Drop by. \nQuestions call or text Esther.
