PCH – Services Australia Agent

Support with digital access and document sighting

Pomona & District Community House provides limited services for Services Australia during these hours.

  • Tuesdays: 9:30am-11:30am
  • Wednesdays: 9:30am-1:30pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am-11:30am
  • Friday: 9:30am-11:30am

PCH can:

  • Help with registering for digital services with Services Australia
  • Provide support to access Service Australia if a customer can’t access digital services.
  • Confirm identity documents and photocopies needing to be submitted to Services Australia
  • Support customers with upload of documents
  • Support access and use of myGov app
