Community Support Workers at Pomona & District Community House

Access specialist support

Community Support Worker (Social work) supports people or groups in the context of their social environments, towards improving wellbeing and empowerment.

Our community support worker (social work) aims to work with people in a way that seeks to break down barriers that exist for people to engage with services and live self-determined lives.

Our social worker works within ethical frameworks as a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.  This framework supports them to work towards social justice and inclusion, especially for people who are currently disadvantaged.
