At Pomona State School the P&C is actively involved in the school community through:
- Management of the school tuckshop and uniform shop
- Fundraising activities and grant applications that provide extra resources to enrich learning and the school community;
- Providing a consultation forum for parents on school policy decisions;
- Encouraging parent involvement in school events.
The P&C is managed by an executive committee who, with other P&C members, work closely with the school principal for the benefit of the students at the school.
