The Footprints- Walking on Country foot care is a free mobile foot disease prevention program focusing on the prevention and management of foot complications and their risk factors such as diabetes, and other chronic diseases.

The Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service delivers the program, which has a focus on primary and secondary prevention through improved access to community-based care and consumer engagement in diabetes management, particularly in relation to basic foot care, foot hygiene and education.
